this one was recommended by a good friend who shares my love of a Dominic Dunne novel. not quite the same, but it definitely didn’t disappoint. i mean, how can you go wrong with rich New Yorkers in the 30s? there’s romance, mystery and a lot of gin to keep turning pages for.
