lord, it’s about to be a week. i’m basically double booked at work with a pitch due Friday and a big client presentation due next Tuesday. in between that insanity, i get to spend most of the weekend single-mommying while Spy heads up to Richmond to visit his parents. part of me wishes i could just stay in bed under the covers until next week sometime, when the crazy has passed through. part of me is ready to jump up this morning and totally slay it. the faster i do it, the faster it’ll be over, right? since the latter is pretty much the only realistic option, i’m ’bout to brew a giant pot of coffee, strap on my seatbelt and make the magic happen, no matter how bumpy the ride gets. who’s with me? let’s do this, y’all. have an amazing week, everyone!
